Stacking and Palletizing
ESI offers automated, end of line stacking/palletizing equipment for wood composite decking, railing and fencing profiles, including articulating stacking tables, servo controlled pick and place systems and a variety of indexing unitizing systems. Stacking solutions with integrated end of line cooling systems can also be supplied to provide additional cooling for difficult to cool extrusions. ESI stacking/palletizing and packaging equipment are typically custom designed around the specific requirements of the customer and can include bundle strapping.
