Brushing Machines
ESI's brushing machines are designed to provide a random textured surface for plastic or composite profiles. Brushing machines can also be utilized for roughing the surface of profiles in preparation for application of adhesives. Brushes are driven by variable speed AC motors and inverter drives. Machines can be supplied with horizontal and/or vertical brush positions and brushes are easily accessible for quick replacement. Units are fully guarded and provide easy adjustment of brush depth while the machine is running. Options include: single strand or multi-strand designs, various size brushes and torques, vacuum systems to minimize dust and pinch roll pullers for isolating brushing forces or operating in a post-cut application.
