ESI Automated Coiling
ESI standard coiler designs feature mechanically adjustable traversing level winds, dancer controlled coiling speed for increased tension control and auto stop at coil completion. A wide variety of shaft sizes and hub designs are available for core or coreless winding.
ESI has vast experience in high speed precision coiling applications and offers a wide variety of standard single and multi-station coiling equipment in addition to providing custom designed equipment tailored to specific coiling or panning applications.
By utilizing our in house servo motion control capbabilites, ESI has developed a precision level wind system designed to provide superior finished coil quality. ESI also offers cut and transfer coiling equipment with automatic coil feeders eliminating operator interface at coil start up.
In addition to complete end of line coiling/panning and packaging solutions are also available further increasing overall process efficiency.
