ESI pneumatically boosted and servo controlled saw models are offered in numerous blade sizes and configurations including, down cut, up cut and cross cut. All ESI saws are equipped with AC inverter motors providing adjustable blade speed and dynamic braking of the saw blade under power down and E-stop conditions. Saw models are available in single or multi-strand designs. ESI's ASC (advanced servo control) utilizes state of the art motion control programming, precision ground ball screws, high resolution encoders and simple to use color touch screen controls to provide superior cut length accuracy in user and maintenance friendly platforms. Puller-saw combinations are also available.
