Plastic Composite - Sizing

ESI offers systems designed for positive profile sizing, utilizing extrusion pullers, or alternate extrusion methods without in line pulling.  These systems include:  vacuum calibration tables and calibration tanks.  ESI vacuum tables provide a robust, flexible platform for vacuum sizing tooling and can provide integrated extrusion cooling with the addition of optional table mounted polycarbonate tanks.  ESI tanks can be equipped with driven rollers to aid product conveyance downstream and can incorporate highly efficient evaporative spray cooling.

Sizing systems are available in a wide variety of configurations and sizes, including dual strand, with numerous vacuum pump combinations and water and filtering systems.

ESI can also supply automated secondary cooling systems for hard to cool products, allowing high output rates in limited line spaces.
